Finally checked out Moin the other week after countless recs from friends and absolutely hooked. One of those dumbass things where I always knew it was up my street, but just put it off for years for no real reason.
‘Paste’ especially sent me on a spiral of listening to nothing but Minutemen, Melvins and Jesus Lizard records for a day - which is obviously always gonna be a good time, but I also couldn’t help thinking how hard they show up someone like Melvins for having that knucklehead male side to them that’s aged so badly at points.
Anyway, amazing record. What other real music are people feeling in 2023?
